Each ticket has the option to create an estimate or invoice or both. This can be done even days after the ticket was completed. This can be found within the ticket, it allows to add the client information, company's information and finances, including taxes and discounts.

Creation

Within the ticket, select Estimate/Invoice option

This will display to a format to fill with the information needed.

Once saved, there will be options to preview, download, send via email or send via SMS.

Tracking

On the desktop version, this can also be tracked under the Jobs section. These can be filtered by date, job status or job source. Said report can be downloaded or sent directly.
