Select the option to create a new ticket or open an existing ticket,

One of the options it displays for you once you select it is the “Job Details” section when filling up the information about the ticket as shown in the following image.

  1. Select the option to create a new ticket or open an existing ticket

  2. If it's new manual job, select the Job Source

  3. Once created, fill the ticket with the jobs' information

  4. Fill in the information on the “Schedule date” section, once you submit this ticket it will send this information to the “Scheduled Jobs” section available for you to access on the Jobs section and your Uleadz Calendar.

Note: You can create alerts for scheduled jobs. Explore our help center or contact support for more information on how to automize these alerts.
