How to create a new user

A quick step-by-step guide on how to create new users:

1. From the left-side menu, select "Settings".

2. Once the Settings page opens, choose "Users" from the top menu.

3. You will see a list of all users who have been added. To add a new user, click "Register New User".

4. Fill in the required information, and then select "Register" in the top right corner of the screen. Under "User Role", choose what type of user you want to create. You can assign a technician to view only their assigned jobs, make someone a "CompanyAdmin" with full access to all settings, or set up a "Company" user without access to the Finance section.

How to Assign different permissions to your users

1. Go to Settings and select "Users". Click on the user you want to edit.

2. Once the user page opens, select "Type" to view their current permissions.

3. You can assign a technician to view only their assigned jobs, make someone a "CompanyAdmin" with full access to all settings, or set up a "Company" user without access to the Finance section.

4. Remember to click "Save" when you have finished making changes.
