1. From the left side menu select “New Ticket” at the bottom of the page. If you are working with more than one job source, you will get a pop up asking you to select the job source for the new job you’re submitting. Click “OK” once you’ve selected the job job source.

2. Once you have selected your job source (if one was selected), you will be taken to a new page prompting you to fill in the job’s details. Fill up the details one by one. You will have a drop down list for Job Type and Technician to select from. Once you are ready, you can leave the ticket as a draft, submit it, put it as “in progress” or cancel it. Remember you can also add different “tags” to categorize your jobs.
