1. Once you are within your ticket, select the Messages section from the top menu. You will see all messages related to the ticket in question. The initial SMS sent to your technician when the ticket was assigned, and any extra notifications sent through SMS related to the ticket.
2. You can also select the option at the bottom, called “Open SMS Page”, which will take you to your Message feature highlighting the initial SMS sent to your technician at the moment of assigning them the job.
