Why am I (or my technicians) not receiving SMS from Uleadz?

If you or one of your technicians are having a hard time receiving SMS from Uleadz, this could be due to the sender phone number being blocked, to unblock it, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your Uleadz main phone number, which is the number your SMS are being sent from.

To locate them, just go into your Settings, then on Phone Numbers and locate the one with the checkmark under “Company Main”

  1. Have the person not receiving SMS send a text message to your Uleadz main phone number with the word “Start”. This way, if this phone number had been blocked before for whatever reason, it will be unblocked by this text message.

  2. If the issue persists, please contact Uleadz Support.
