What are they for and how can you manage them?

One of the settings available are "Tags". These are distinctive key words that can be added to a ticket to classify them for promotions, special job sources or exceptions; these tags will reflect in the job reports to help keep track of them and the revenue they generate. i.e.: "2022 Summer Promotion".

How to set up Tags:

When setting up your Uleadz account on the Settings section, the last option is "Tags", this will lead to a space with the option to add and delete tags.

Once added, these tags will be visible within the creation of the ticket.

And the end result is also visible in the jobs reports.
