How to custom the SMS template

Under the settings section we can find the Templates subsection. It contains different templates for determines flows, depending of course on your needs. And the option to create a new template is present right below settings.

A new template will allow us to name it and going to SMS template. We just need to choose which information we want reflected in our SMS job notification.

NOTE: if Call Secure is active it is necessary to add the "Call Secure" option instead of "Phone", so the chosen line and 3 digits are shown on the ticket.
