Tracking your technicians has never been easier. You can do this from your Uleadz App or directly from your browser.
From App:
Open your Uleadz App on the main (dashboard) page.
Scroll down to the Jobs section.
You will see two options. Select the option called "Map"
There, you will be able to see the location of your technicians and your jobs for the day.
You can click on any of the icons to see further information about your job or your technician's location.
Remember that in order to take advantage of this feature, your technicians must be logged into their Uleadz App and have their location services activated.
From Web Browser:
Log into your Uleadz account. Your account will automatically open on the Dashboard page.
Locate the "Ticket Status" section and click on the three little dots at the top right corner of the section.
Select "View Tickets By Map".
There, you will be able to see the location of your technicians and your jobs for the day.
You can click on any of the icons to see further information about your job or your technician's location.
Remember that in order to take advantage of this feature, your technicians must be logged into their Uleadz App and have their location services activated.
