Add the local time for the job

When having technicians on different cities or even states, you may have different time zones between the back office and actual location where the job needs to be done. You can easily change this so your SMS and ticket shows the schedule job time accurately. To set it up, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the settings section and select "Templates"

2. Click on the templates needed to be modified (SMS, email) to edit the details and save.

You are ready! From now on when editing a ticket for a different time zone, you will be able to see your back office and your job
