How to add ticket sub status to existing status

One of the settings in Uleadz that allow us to have a better organization over our jobs is to add sub status to separte certain jobs from the rest that might need different process or follow up.

To create a new Sub Status:

  1. Open the ticket you want to update status for and click on the drop down menu

2. At the bottom of the drop down menu, select "Add Sub Status"

3. Choose the "Parent Status" that will contain the new Sub Status and add the name

All Sub Statuses creted will be saved for future tickets

To edit a Sub Status:

Go to Settings and select Job Sub Status from here you can edit or delete any Sub Status
