What is an SMS segment?
An SMS message can be split into multiple segments if it exceeds a certain character limit. Generally, 1 SMS segment is 160 characters, but this can vary depending on the type of characters used, such as emojis or accented characters.
Why am I exceeding my SMS limit if I'm not texting from Uleadz?
Some of our features, such as Job Alerts, Auto Incoming Job, Job Submit, SMS reminder, and SMS technician notification, work through SMS.
Will I be charged extra if I exceed my plan allowance after porting my lines?
Yes, you will be charged an additional monthly fee based on the type of line.
How can I check my balance and recurring items?
Simply log in to your Uleadz web app, go to settings, and select "Billing."
How do I pay my Uleadz balance?
You can add funds for isolated extra items on the "Billing" page, or turn on Auto Recharge to ensure your balance is always up-to-date.
