How to Add Rates for Each Technician

Each technician in Uleadz can have their individual rates based on your preferences. These rates can be set up once and function according to your needs.

To to this, we need to go to setttings and then open the technicians list:

Standard Rate:

  1. Open the technician's profile you want to modify in the settings section.

  2. Go to Finance.

  3. Select "Rate".

  4. Enter the amount the technician will receive per job, either as a flat rate or percentage.

    Note: If there is a minimum amount to set, please enter it in the field below the standard rate.

Special Rate:

  1. Open the technician's profile you want to modify in the settings section.

  2. Go to Finance.

  3. Select "Special rates".

  4. You will encounter four options. Select the one you would like to add. You can also add more than one conditioning.

  • Rate per Total Closing: Set a differential rate per total closing.

  • Rate per Hour: Set a rate per specific days/working hours.

  • Rate per Job Type: Set a rate per specific job type.

  • Rate per Job Source: Set a rate per specific job source.

Fees: Additional commissions for the company from the general amount of the job.

  1. Open the technician's profile you want to modify in the settings section.

  2. Go to Finance.

  3. Select "Fees".

  4. You will encounter four options. Select the one you would like to add. You can also add more than one conditioning.

  • Cash Fee.

  • Card Fee.

  • Check Fee.

  • Custom payment methods (if any added).

Custom Fees: Add a custom tip or fee based on a fixed amount or percentage, and a decision on who gets the rate.

  1. Open the technician's profile you want to modify in the settings section.

  2. Go to Finance.

  3. Select "Custom Fees".

  4. Add the amount you would like to add. You can also add more than one conditioning.
