The job notifications per Job Source are fully customizable. You can modify how you want the technician to get the ticket information:

  1. On a desktop or laptop, go to the Settings section and select "Job Sources"

2. Select the Job Source that you want to modify and scroll down to the "Submit Ticket" section and select or unselect the options, Example, we can just select SMS, that way every ticket generated for this specific job source will only be sent via SMS.
