Joby will allow you to create a flow to be run whenever you get a new ticket. This means that the ticket will be sent to the technicians selected on the flow you create, and they will have the opportunity to either accept or deny the job. If the first person on the list denies or doesn’t see the job within a specific time it will go to the next technician on the list until somebody accepts the job.

To set up Joby go to the Joby or WorkFlow Automation icon and then select Joby Submit. Click on New Submit Flow on the top right corner to get started.

You will then see a different page asking you to fill in the blanks:

  1. Name your Joby Submit Flow so you can identify it easily

  2. Set a time limit for Joby to automatically handle the Job

  3. You can modify the Template the technician sees whenever a job is offered to them

  4. You can also select “Notify when Flow Ends” and “Notify when technician accepts job” so any phone number you put in there will be automatically notified (you can select to be sent an SMS or receive a call).

  5. Once you’re ready, select “Save” on the top right corner.

  6. Once the Flow has been created, select “Start Flow”

7. You will be presented with different options to set up your Flow. Let’s go over them one by one.
