How to Add a Technician

1. From the left side menu select “Settings”.

2. Once it opens up, select “Technicians” from the top menu.

3. You will be able to see a list of your already added technicians and access to their profile to make changes or see information. To add a New Technician, select the option at the top saying “New Technician”.

4. You will then be asked to add Technician’s name, phone number (where they will receive the jobs via SMS), and email address. When you’re ready, click on Save.

5. Your technician has now been added.
