1. From the left side menu select “Settings”.

2. Once it opens up, select “Technicians” from the top menu.

3. You will then be able to see a list of all of the technicians you have added. Select the one you want to work on.

4. Once you have selected your technician’s profile, select “Availability Time”. There, you will be able to assign your technicians with a schedule.

5. Select “Add Time” and there you will have to select the time they start working and the time they finish. That way, you will avoid a ticket being assigned to them during their time off. Have in mind you can add different periods of time during the day.

6. When you’re done, don’t forget to click on “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
